You know you're in Washington when...
You know you're in Washington DC when you go to the Ronald Reagan Building on Pennsylvania Avenue, NW for a program for the Environmental Film Festival in the Nation's Capital, then meander downstairs in search of food and free WiFi and upon sitting for a quick email check, looking to your left, you see a sign saying:
